I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the condition of the product I have received.
I paid $1,029 for this product, and considering the amount of money I have spent, I expected to receive a brand-new product in perfect condition, properly packaged and presented. Instead, what I received was completely unacceptable.
The product had clearly been opened and taken apart, and the wrapping and packaging were ripped and damaged. The overall condition of the package made it look as though the product may have previously been returned by another customer and then sent out to me. This is not what I expected when paying $1,029 for a product that should have been new and in excellent condition.
I am extremely disappointed because I paid a significant amount of money for this item, and I should not have to receive something that looks used, opened, or previously returned. The condition it arrived in does not reflect the value of the product or the amount I paid for it.
This is completely unacceptable, and I would like you to explain how a product in this condition was sent to me. I also expect an appropriate resolution, whether that is a replacement with a brand-new, unopened product or another suitable solution.
