Worried about damage in transit? Well, worry no more! We are pleased to announce a new industry-leading warranty: in the event of transport damage, we will immediately replace the product free of charge within 365 days of the invoice date.

This guarantee only applies when Farmhouse Sinks uses its own carrier, not when good's are collected from a Farmhouse Sinks Showroom or warehouse.

 

It only takes 2 easy steps:

1. To make a claim, please email Farmhouse Sinks a photo of the damaged product in its original packaging, at the orgininal delivery location.

Send the photo to sales@farmhousesinks.com.au as soon as you discover the damage. No claims will be accepted without the original box in the photo.

2. We will then send the replacement product free of charge to the same address to which we delivered the original product,
